RETURNS: In no case are materials to be returned without first obtaining our written permission. Only unused materials as currently manufactured, which have been invoiced to customer within 10 days, will be considered for return. Material accepted for credit is subject to a service charge of 25% plus all transportation charges. No cancellations or returns are allowed on goods after same have been cut or processed. Materials accepted for return must be delivered PREPAID to Matéflex Modular Surfaces, 2007 Beechgrove Place, Utica, NY 13501.
QUALITY LIMITATIONS:

• Damage resulting from misapplication or abuse will not be covered by any warranties.
• Size of tiles is within manufacturer’s tolerances.

CLAIMS:

• No claims will be allowed after material has been cut regardless of reason for claim. Claims must be filed within ten (10) days from date of receipt of material.
• No labor costs will be accepted.
• We are not responsible for damage suffered in transit.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping, freight or other carriers.
