Floor Safety Mat – Custom, roll matting and standard
Custom mats or rolls with Cross tread, 2 different sides one ribbed and one flat for a reversable mat with the grip you need. Large square openings that help hold your foot. Custom Eye catching colors, safety stripping and comfort equals safety.

Design; Airomat has a one of a kind design that is hand made in the USA. The strips that make up the mat have tread on top and on the bottom, they are woven together to create a cross tread design. Airomat’s cross tread design along with it’s large square openings create superior places for your foot to achieve traction. These openings and cross tread is on the bottom of the mat, not many mats can claim that, the mat not only grabs the foot but the floor as well. It is the only mat achieving a slip resistant surface by using a superior design, and keeping the firm comfort need for both safety and anti-fatigue.

Safety comes from being comfortable and less fatigue throughout the work day.

Floor Anti Fatigue Mats – Custom, rolled mats and standard matting Like walking on Air! Airomat’s design has you walking on large pockets of air, along with firm supportive and comfortable PVC material. Studies have been done that shows mats can be too soft or can be to firm, exactly the same as a bed or mattress. Soft is good, but think about running on a beach, this is too soft and makes you more tired. Muscles are used to support the body when in something to soft like sand, and get over used and tired.
Maybe a good example would be; running or jogging on cement, this is a bit to hard and can harm muscles, tendens, etc. Think about running shoes opposed to walking shoes. The running shoe is softer and the walking shoes is more firm and supportive. The running shoe is softer because of the driving force into the hard surface. Unless you are jumping up and down at your workstation you would do better to have the walking shoe support without being to soft were your muscles get over worked. Airomat works the same way, firm comfortable support.
Airomat’s custom rolled mats or individual sizes (any width or length) is made of just the right amount of firmness or supportive comfort and relief. This comes from the size of our openings, and the duromiter (duromiter is the hardness or softness) of our material. If our openings were smaller the material would have to be softer, so what we have created is just the right supportive firm comfort (anti fatigue) in the PVC material for the size opening we have. As you step you create pockets of air (like walking on air) and both the pockets of air and the PVC material create the idea anti-fatigue that can take hours of pain and work from you legs, making it seem like you have worked less hours than you actually have.

​Uses:
Airomat is very versatile and is used in many different ways and situations. Obviously it is used on the floors, but it is also used on and in things. Things like lifts, tables, compartments, vans and trucks, even underneath equipment for vibration control (from computers to industrial machines), and so many other places.
On the floor it has been used with different colors to designate different departments, it can be used as roll matting down an assembly line, or as individual mats at workstations, even combined warning colors for eye wash stations and other emergency areas.
The really nice things again are the large square openings that capture items that may fall off (no more lost screws), the openings capture debris so it does not scratch or harm your product while being worked on.
