AiroTies
Advantages:
- One piece mat that won't fall apart. AiroTies hide down in notches on the mats.
- No trip hazards from tiles connectors coming loose.
- Roll for easier cleaning.
- Doesn't fall apart.
- Reversible, two different sides to choose from.
- If you want it to come apart, it's easy, just clip and lift that tile out.
- Create literally any configuration you need or want.
- One time connection, most tile mats can fall apart or lift up, causing hazards and more work, not with AiroTies and AiroTile
- The Large square openings are unobstructed, no inferior male/female connection taking up the space.
AND.... To clarify even further, see below
No 1: One piece mat that won't fall apart.
See instructional diagrams below. They show you how strong 18lbs tensile strength AiroTies connect and will not come apart unless you want them to (and there's 8 per tile, that's 144lbs of strength) . It's a simple solution to a problem that's been around forever; How to keep a flexable mat together (flexable/softer connections don't hold, it's logical)? AiroTies can hold, and are strong (easily removed if you choose to)! Airoties hide down inside the notches on the mats, you will never even know they are there, and you still get the full benefit of the mat without the connectors being in the way.

No 2: No trip hazards from tiles connectors coming loose.
Flexible tile mats now a days come with female and male connectors. After time, or movement (rolling, etc) those connectors come apart, creating a trip hazard in the mat. After popping up the connectors actually get in the way and don't let the tile fall back into place as AiroTile design is. AiroTile simply lays next to the corresponding tile laying freely, they cant get caught up and create a trip hazard!

No 3: Role for easier cleaning.
Don't try this with other tile mats, as they can fall apart and then you are having to put them back together again!
Only Airotiles are a one and done process, once put together you simply roll the mat up leaving all the debris in nice little square piles on the floor, and not caught up in the mat either. Kick the rolled mat out and it practically roles itself back out, ready to go. And it's still together, unlike all the others.

No 4: Dosen't fall apart.
As mentioned in No 1, the Airoties will not come apart. Other flexible tiles can be hazardous. Most tile mats come with male and female connections built into the mat, think about it just for a second. Flexible soft male and female connectors can not stay together, they are flexible and soft! AiroTiles with Airoties will do the trick! Create a one piece mat that you can roll up and out, with it staying together. A simple and easy fix.

No 5: Reversible, two different sides to choose from.
AiroTiles have two distinct sides, one side has cross tread for great traction, and the other side is smooth and suctions to floors. Both giving you important traction on the mat (foot to mat), and great grab to the floor (mat to floor). With AiroTiles connection, using the Airoties, this now one piece mat can be rolled and flipped over to use both sides if needed, in two distinct ways.

No 6: If you want it to come apart, it's easy, just clip and lift that tile out.
AioTiles are connected with Airoties, the Airoties can be reached easily from the top of the mat, you can simply clip the ties and lift out the tile and replace it (or reconfigure the whole mat). Other Tiles with male and female connections can not be reached easily, you need to work your way from the outside of the mat, working your way all the way to the tile in question. Then after all that, you replace the tile and then have to put the whole mat that you have taken apart back together again. Not to mention the damage that can happen to the male and female connectors when taking them apart, if this happens, the tile is no longer usable and needs to be thrown away.

No 7: Create literally and configuration you need or want.
Sense there are so notches all over the mat, in both directions, you can cut and trim and lay the tile mats in any configuration. Use in a stair step pattern (seen in image A), work your way around pillars, into and around machines, even use cut offs because they have notches too. |
No 8: One time connection, most tile mats can fall apart or lift up, causing hazards and more work, not with AiroTile and Airoties.
Take a few more minutes and connect AiroTiles with Airoties and your safe and done. Think about it soft flexible connections will not hold, the can move apart, lifting up to cause trip hazards. And the won't just fall back down, the male connector gets caught up on the female connector holding the trip hazard up, until you manually get down there and reconnect it, maybe for multiple times. Just use Airoties with your AiroTiles and zip it, clip it, and be done with your one piece mat.

No 9: The Large square openings are unobstructed, no inferior male/female connection taking up the space.
If you look at those very nice Large Square Openings in the AiroTile, you'll know these openings are great for flexibility of the mat, easier rolling for cleaning (debris will stay on the floor not caught up in the mat), percentage wise anything falling on the mat with fall into the large opening or be knocked into the opening leaving you safer traction and get the most fatigue relief, superior unmatched air flow, and so much more! If we put male/female connections in you would loose all the benefits of the large square openings, not to mention the male/female flexible and soft connections can't stay together.
