The manufacturer reserves the right to govern all warranties. Products are 100% warranted against any manufacturers defect. If upon receipt of these matting products you find any damage, the damaged products will be returned at the manufacturers expense and a full refund, including shipping costs, will be offered in the same manner in which the payment was made, or a new mat will be supplied (these mats will be moved up to first in the manufacturers scheduling). In some cases when a new mat is supplied the damaged mat will not have to be returned, digital photos is a nice first step and can determine whether the mat will have to be returned or kept.
The customer will have to pay a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs if it is determined that the damage is not a manufacturers defect, or if the customer decides for any reason other than a manufacturer defect to return the mat.
